With these boots, you'll have all the traction you could ever ask for: the Lundhags Jaure II Light High are perfect for technical terrain. Even though this is the lighter version of the Jaure High, it in no way takes a back seat to its weightier relative in terms of quality and functionality.The difference between it and its heavier 'brother? lies in part in the fact that the weight of shaft has been improved. It is made of full grain leather with Ariaprene COR Slow Rebound and a microfiber lining on the interior. The base of the shoe is made of a light, yet tough rubber material. The lacing and the padded high shaft will provide your foot with the necessary security and stability. The Opti lasts make for an excellent fit and will give your feet (and toes in particular) plenty of room. The Heel Fit Control system serves to provide your heel with extra grip, and the Vibram IceTrek Traction sole will give you the necessary grip on snow and ice. If you tend to run into muddy, slippery or just downright technical surfaces on your trips, the Lundhags Jaure II Light High is the right boot for the job!

I have used these for two years now and wouldn´t recommend. These are my fourth Lundhags shoes and worse of them all.
These are 1-2 sizes bigger than previous models. It looses color when wet. Too low from then ankle. Laces collect all kind of debris like a magnet.
They are light and grip is nice.
