Tuotekuvaus
Just as suitable for long alpine tours in good weather as for nice trad routes or on a big wall - the Legend 8.3 by Beal! This absolute half rope is super light due to it's small diameter. Due to the Thermo Fluid Infrared treatment it's particularly compact and smooth which makes it run easily through temporary belays and is good to handle in your belay device. This completed by the Unicore Technology which fuses the core and the sheath. Thus, sheath slippage is prevented and the safety reserves of the rope are improved as it's more robust.
The low impact force makes for less loading of the temporary belays and a softened fall. Also, the high number of UIAA falls is to be noted and last but not least this rope complies with the strict environmental regulations of the bluesign certificate. If safety and low weight is what you're looking for on a long tour, you should definitely consider the Beal Legend 8.3!
