With their 2 x 13 points, these spikes serve as temporary crampons, helping you keep your footing on slippery surfaces. The Ice Master Light are very sturdy and come complete with elastic binding for an easy on/off. The points on the Ice Master Light are also slightly shorter than the ones you'd find on crampons, making them easier to walk on and you less likely to stumble. Lightweight and compact, they'll fit in any backpack. Plus, the storage bag will protect your other belongings from their steel points.
