The perfect addition to your hangboard at home - the Bolas 100 from Antworks! These two beech wood spheres have a 10cm diameter and are connected by a 7mm-thick cord. This allows you to hang them up wherever you want - be it the upper edge of your hangboard or over the pegs on your pegboard. The possibilities are endless! The Bolas are simply perfect if you still want to train when you're on the go.Training with the Bolas makes both your fingers and forearms extremely strong and better equipped for pinch grips.
