The ideal climbing shoes for entry-level climbers - the La Sportiva Tarentula.
The shoes have a neutral shape that will fit various foot shapes. The sole has a medium width. The shoes shouldn't be worn too tightly, but are designed to be worn a little more loosely in order to increase their performance. Using the hook and loop closure, the shoes can be adjusted quickly and easily for the perfect fit. The FriXion RS 5mm sole provides optimal traction on the rocks. Because the sole is rather hard, which has to do with the fact that the shoes are supposed to provide extra support, they are less sensitive and adaptable to different terrain. But, the climbing shoes are very comfortable and can be worn for hours. They are thus great for long climbs and for those who would rather not take off their shoes between one route and the next.
