Tuotekuvaus

The Climbing Technology Ice Hook is not a hook but rather a dynamic quickdraw specifically designed for ice climbing. It's both brilliant and simple: The Dyneema sling at the top is equipped with a ring for ice screws with a maximum diameter of 20mm is attached to a wire-gate carabiner that will stay put thanks to the incorporation of Fixit. Before screwing the ice screws into the ice, put the loop around the shank of the screw and this will allow you to clip in the rope after just a few turns. This facilitates the whole process of screwing it in and prevents the screw from falling during extraction. Plus, the loop minimises the force generated upon the screw from a fall. The Climbing Technology Ice Hook is available in three lengths.
