General information Our mosquito nets provide optimum protection against insects and arthropods. With over 20 years of experience, Care Plus® can provide the right net for every user and every destination. Choose from a broad range of bed nets, head nets, and bug sheets. Our nets are available in impregnated, lightweight (impregnated), non-impregnated, and midge-proof (non-impregnated) versions. Availability is dependent on local biocide regulations. Hanging The supplied attachment kit, consisting of string, attachment hooks, nails, and safety pins, makes any mosquito net easy to hang up. The net will have one or four attachment points, depending on the type of net. The Pop-Up Dome has no attachment points, and unfolds automatically. Visit youtube.com/careplusnl Mesh size According to World Health Organization guidelines, a non-impregnated net must have a mesh size of 156 holes per square inch (2.54 cm), and impregnated nets a mesh size of 56 holes per square inch. The Care Plus nets are in compliance with these guidelines. The Care Plus® impregnated nets have a mesh size of 225 holes per square inch, and the Lightweight nets (impregnated) have a mesh size of 156 holes per square inch. The midge-proof nets (non-impregnated) have a mesh size of 1050 holes per square inch. Our nets are available in honeycomb (hexagonal) and diamond (rhombus) mesh patterns. Both offer stability. The six-sided honeycomb mesh requires more material than the four-sided diamond mesh. This is why we opt for the diamond mesh for our Lightweight product range. This allows us to reduce the weight of the net by 50%.
