Use it as a sloper attachment for the Strong Ant III or a separate campus board altogether - the Strong Ant IV. With this board, you can continue your training session when you get home! The focus here is obviously on slopers and your pinch grip, so it's perfect for training your forearms and gripping strength. There are four wooden spheres that serve as holds with a wide block at a 35° to 45° tilt in between and a 12mm-deep finger ledge and two thumb hooks. The Strong Ant IV can even be rotated 180° so that you can adjust the difficulty level! That way, you can hang it up in a relatively easy position with the two smaller spheres at the bottom and an angle of 35°. When you're ready for something more difficult, just turn it around and you'll have the two larger spheres and the 45° angle waiting for you! Using the four stainless-steel anchors on the back, you can easily attach the Strong Ant IV to the Strong Ant III. Note: If you'd like to use the campus board by itself, meaning without the Strong Ant I or Strong Ant III, you'll need the appropriate Antworks carrier plates.
